Do I Need a Lot of Equipment to Work With You?

How Do Your Packages Differ?
The main difference is the amount of coaching time you receive through Microsoft Teams.
- Basic: 3 hours of virtual coaching
- Premium: 4.5 hours
- Elite: 6 hours
- Nutrition Session: 1 hour focused solely on nutritional guidance
- More hours allow for deeper support, more frequent check-ins, and more refined adjustments to your plan.
Will I Receive a Customized Training Program?
Yes. Every client receives a plan based on their goals, equipment, experience level, and schedule. Nothing is generic or pre-made.
Do You Provide Nutrition Coaching?
Yes. Our nutrition session is a dedicated one-hour meeting focused on your eating habits, goals, and personalized recommendations. It can be added to any fitness package or purchased on its own.
Can I Work With You if I Have Medical or Physical Limitations?
